Business Health Check

We offer a comprehensive Business Health Check report for prospective clients. The Business Health Check involves a checklist driven series of questions about different aspects of the business that will enable us to identify the key strengths, weaknesses and opportunities. Based on discussions of the meeting, the findings will be presented in a report covering:

Overview of existing business arrangements
Current problems and challenges
Preliminary Tax Advice
How we can assist to solve the problems identified

The aim of the report is to provide an objective view of your business and key areas of focus for improvements, which will drive continued success. You know your business better than anyone – the report can be an opportunity to reinforce your present direction or make a necessary change. There is no obligation on either side - you may wish to implement changes yourself, or discuss further how our team can help.

Our First Meeting

We will take this opportunity to understand your needs, challenges and goals. We start by asking the right questions and listening carefully on how you would like to engage us. First meeting can be arranged over the phone or face-to-face - even during out of business hours and during the weekends.

The Day-to-Day

Accountancy starts with compliance – we make sure your year-end accounts, tax returns and other legal matters are fully satisfied. Beyond compliance we can advise you on all sorts of business matters, processes, key indicators that drive your business and provide possible solutions that will help you to move forward. You will have direct contact to our director who you can talk to at any time.
